Clicking on the "brochure" button will take you to a series of pages telling you everything you need to know about the conference:  descriptions, objectives, workshops, faculty and schedules, lodging, airlines, and so on.

STEP 3

Clicking on the "register" button will take you to a secure form where you can enter all the information pertaining to your conference.  Fill out the form completely, and click the button at the bottom marked "Submit".  

You will receive a confirmation page where you can check your information, then click "Submit" again.  You will then receive a receipt with a transaction number, which you can print for your records.  Your conference materials will then be mailed to you, within 1 - 2 weeks.

THAT'S IT!!

If a conference only has the "brochure" button next to it (like number 111 below), that means the online registration for this conference has not yet begun.  Usually, it is only a few days from the time the brochure is posted to the time we begin accepting online registrations.

If a conference has no buttons next to it (like number 222 below), that means the brochure for this conference is not yet available, but you can reserve a copy of the brochure by clicking on "Request a Printed Brochure".
