CONFERENCE DESCRIPTION

Women over the age of 50 are increasing in number as the Baby Boomers age, and greater demands are being placed on health care providers to care for the unique needs of this demographic group.

Our 15th Annual Conference on Women's Health Care of Women Over 50 has been designed to provide office-based physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants with the most up-to-date research and clinical information related to female patients over the age of 50. The primary purpose of the conference is to enhance the knowledge of providers, resulting in improved patient care.

Topics in this year's conference have been selected based on past participant conference evaluation requests, clinical expert input, and our online needs assessment surveys of GYN and other women's health professionals.

An outstanding faculty has been assembled for this conference. Presenters were selected based on their individual areas of expertise, their ability to communicate first hand knowledge to others in a clear and concise manner, their commitment to address issues of current concern, and their willingness to interact with participants.

You are sure to enjoy your participation in this conference on "Care of Women Over 50," while sharing ideas and experiences with colleagues from across the country in the beautiful and relaxing setting of Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
