• Conference registration will be confirmed in writing and more information on the conference,
travel and hotel will be sent.
• Conference cancellations must be confirmed in writing and a 10% of paid tuition processing
fee will be assessed. No refunds will be made if cancellation is postmarked after
January 5, 2009, however, tuition, less 10% processing fee, may be applied to a future
Symposia Medicus conference. In the event of conference cancellation by Symposia
Medicus, full tuition refunds will be made.
• This conference meets the requirements for CE deductibility under the Tax Reform Act.

Our block of rooms will be on a space and rate available basis after December 10, 2008. Rooms may sell out before December 10, 2008, and room rates may increase. PLEASE RESERVE EARLY!
GROUP RATES - Rates are Single/Double Occupancy
Garden View: $212/night Resort View: $241/night Pool View: $266/night Ocean View: $329/night • Maximum number of people in room is three adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.
• Children 17 & under (maximum of 2) stay free in room with adults.
• Check-in is 3:00pm and check-out is Noon.
• Third/fourth adult (ages 18 and over) in room is $40/each per night.
• Room rates do not include state and local taxes of 19% (subject to change) nor bellman gratuities
of $4.00/per person, round trip for adults 18 and over (housekeeping gratuities are included in the
19% tax).
• Roll-aways and cribs are available at no additional charge.
• Two night's deposit (room rate only) must accompany your reservation. The balance of lodging
payment, as well as any incidental charges, is due to the hotel upon checkout. The hotel accepts
all major credit cards.
• For any changes to your reservation, please contact Symposia Medicus at
(800) 327-3161 or (925) 969-1789.
• Early departure fee is $50.00. Hotel must be notified of change in departure by midnight the day
after check-in or fee will be assessed.
• Per our hotel contract, hotel cancellations must be made in writing to Symposia Medicus
and you will receive a full refund if postmarked by December 8, 2008. Between
December 8, 2008 and January 5, 2009, one night's deposit is forfeited. After
January 5, 2009, no hotel refunds can be made. All cancellations must be made in
writing and postmarked by the dates stated above.
AIRLINE TRAVEL INFORMATION You will fly into the Robert L. Bradshaw Airport, which is approximately 10 minutes from the St. Kitts Marriott Resort & Royal Beach Casino.
Symposia Medicus has arranged discounts with American Airlines for this conference. American may also offer zone fares (fares with no Saturday night stay requirements). Reservations can be made either through the Convention Desk at the number listed below or through your own travel agent.
