CONFERENCE DESCRIPTION
This year's conference on Hot Topics in Primary Care is designed to provide physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and nurses with current information on many of the crucial issues facing today's primary care provider, and will offer practical solutions to problems that can be immediately applied in a primary care practice. The conference will present current clinical data on key issues in the primary care practice in a format and atmosphere in which treatment options will be generated to face some of these challenges. In addition to the didactic lectures, ample time has been allotted for participant feedback and interaction.

Topics for this year's conference have been selected based on past participant conference evaluation requests, clinical expert input, literature review, and clinical guidelines.

An outstanding faculty has been assembled for this conference. Presenters were selected based on their individual areas of expertise, their ability to communicate first-hand knowledge to others in a clear and concise manner, their commitment to address issues of current concern, and their willingness to interact with participants.

Three morning sessions and an afternoon of small group breakouts leave ample time for exploring the beauty of the Mayan Riviera. We have also arranged a variety of group tours during non-conference hours for your enjoyment. This exciting conference will provide you with an opportunity to share current ideas with colleagues from across the country in a stimulating, relaxing and informal environment.
