CONFERENCE DESCRIPTION Topics in this year's conference have been selected based on extensive target audience needs assessment data, including clinical expert input, pediatric practice guidelines, and past participant suggestions.
An outstanding faculty has been assembled for this

CONFERENCE OBJECTIVES Better manage neurologic emergencies in the
pediatric patient.
Describe current diagnostic and therapeutic
management of emerging infections in children.
Recognize and manage common genitourinary disorders
in the pediatric patient.
Recognize common toxidromes in children and devise
an educated approach to unknown ingestions, with
utilization of appropriate antidotes in the emergency
setting.
Identify strategies to make your practice better prepared
for a catastrophic disaster.
