CONFERENCE DESCRIPTION
This 24th Annual Fall Conference on Pediatric Emergencies focuses on pediatric emergencies and many of the other dilemmas facing health care professionals who care for pediatric patients. The goal of this program is to increase participants' knowledge of recent advances in pediatric emergency medicine and to enhance their skills in managing common pediatric dilemmas. Through participation in lectures, case presentations and discussions of illnesses and injuries specific to the pediatric population, participants will be able to update and apply their knowledge and skills immediately to clinical practice.

Topics in this year's conference have been selected based on extensive target audience needs assessment data, including clinical expert input, pediatric practice guidelines, and past participant suggestions.

An outstanding faculty has been assembled for this conference. Presenters were selected based on their individual areas of expertise, their ability to communicate first-hand knowledge to others in a clear and concise manner, their commitment to address issues of current concern, and their willingness to interact with participants.

You're sure to enjoy our 24th Annual Fall Conference on Pediatric Emergencies, while sharing ideas and experiences with colleagues from across the country, in Los Cabos, Mexico.
