CONFERENCE DESCRIPTION
Increasing technological advances are changing the dynamic and challenging role of High Risk and Critical Care Obstetrics. These fields have expanded with unparalleled speed in the past few years and the care of the critically ill or injured obstetric patient must include the knowledge of the newest instrumentation and techniques.

The goal of our 19th Annual Conference on High Risk and Critical Care Obstetrics is to provide you with the most current and vital clinical information on caring for the high risk or critically ill pregnant patient. Current data on key issues in the management and care of the high risk pregnant patient will be presented in a format and atmosphere in which treatment options will be generated to face some of these challenges. Topics have been selected based on past participant conference evaluation requests, clinical expert input, practice guidelines, literature review, and our online needs assessment survey of healthcare professionals involved in the care of the high risk pregnancy.

The faculty for this conference are nationally renowned professionals currently working with high risk and critically ill pregnant women. Emphasis will be placed on specific complications that place the patient at high risk and the technology required to support the patient.
