Physician Continuing Education

ACCME
Symposia Medicus is accredited by the Accreditation Council on Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Certified Nurse-Midwives & Physician Assistants
The American College of Nurse Midwives accepts Category 1 CME approval from organizations accredited by the ACCME.
The American Academy of Physician Assistants accepts Category 1 CME approval from organizations accredited by the ACCME.

Nursing Continuing Education

	ANCC Symposia Medicus is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
	California Board of Registered Nursing Symposia Medicus is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider # CEP2335
	Pharmacology credit for prescriptive authority is available for many of the topics presented at our conferences. Sessions awarding pharmacology credit for prescriptive authority are denoted with an Rx in the schedule. Participants are responsible for documenting pharmacology hours earned.
